Eyeonce Eye Clinic Gangnam occupies the 5th and 6th floors of the Jungang Hwachon Building, 368 Sapyeong-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul — the A Twosome Place building right at Exit 9 of Sinnonhyeon Station (Line 9 / Shinbundang Line). Reception is on the 5th floor; the building has a mechanical car park for passenger cars. The clinic opened in June 2021. Director Dr. Baek Dong-won, a board-certified ophthalmologist with a master's degree in ophthalmology from Inje University, trained at Sanggye Paik Hospital, was a research fellow at the Catholic University Institute of Vision Science and a clinical lecturer in anterior-segment ophthalmology at Samsung Medical Center, where he remains an SMC Partner physician. Services cover vision correction (Clear SMILE LASIK with the FEMTO LDV Z8, all-laser LASIK and LASEK, ICL implantable lenses), dream lenses for children and adults, presbyopia and cataract surgery with multifocal intraocular lenses, and an eye disease clinic for dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and floaters, plus comprehensive eye exams. Diagnostic equipment includes Pentacam corneal topography, OCT and wide-field fundus imaging; surgery uses the EX500 excimer laser and the Centurion cataract system. Clear SMILE LASIK clinical results were presented at a European congress in Vienna in 2023. Hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–20:00 (evening by appointment), Saturday 09:00–16:00, lunch 13:00–14:00; closed Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays.
