Lee & Chaeum Clinic performs medical semi-permanent makeup on the 4th floor of Wonbang Building at 837 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, near Exit 4 of Apgujeong Station (Line 3). Chief director Dr. Lee Seok-hee leads the practice, which covers eyebrow tattooing, semi-permanent eyeliner and lip work, scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and hairline treatments, and tattoo removal. Lifting, skin boosters and the Mela-Return programme are also offered. The clinic uses patent-registered 3D micro-embo needles and ChaEum pigments certified by Dermatest, along with an in-house design system registered as a trademark with the Korean Intellectual Property Office. It is a designated clinic of the Korea Film Actors Association (KFAA). Hours are 10:00–20:00 on weekdays and Saturdays and 10:00–18:00 on public holidays; closed Sundays.
